Inspection Date Change Waiver
As part of our monitoring responsibilities under your development’s governing documents, the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) requires the timely submission of all compliance monitoring documentation. Please note that failure to permit IHDA to inspect your property may result in IHDA exercising its available remedies, including declaring a non-monetary default.

IHDA will consider requests to reschedule an inspection if the request is submitted to the Physical Inspection Manager at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the originally scheduled inspection date.

1. The request to change the inspection date is necessary due to the circumstances described above.

2. The property will remain in compliance with all applicable program requirements during the period between the original and rescheduled inspection dates.

3. This request does not relieve the Owner/Agent of any compliance obligations.

4. All units, common areas, and site areas will be ready for inspection on the rescheduled date, if approved.

The Owner/Agent understands that approval of this waiver is at the sole discretion of the monitoring agency and that additional documentation may be required.
